Musical notes
Level 2
Reading notes

Here are some examples of notes going up or down.

Level 2
Cheat sheet

In this image you see all notes you’ve learned by now. All notes fitting within the staff, and three notes that need a ledger line. The high B is even above the ledger line.

Level 2
About slurs

In the first level songs you’ve learned that it’s easier to understand groups of notes, in stead of single notes. The same goes for songs that are written in musical notes! It is very difficult to understand a lot of single notes.

Level 2
Longer and shorter

In Pimba you play all songs by ear and feel. Usually you’ll automatically play the right rhythm.

Level 2
Fingering

Level 2
Octave

Many musical words come from ancient Italy. An example is the word 'octave'.

Level 2
Keyboard and e-piano

Keyboards and pianos use the same keys, but a piano usually has more keys. And most of the times you need more strength to press the keys on a piano, while the touch of keyboards is usually lighter.

Level 2
Game

To play the game you must first choose a name. That could be your own name, but you can also come up with something completely different.

Level 2
Brain gym

With the same Letter Circle from the first level you can make things more and more difficult for your friends and yourself.
