Sometimes there are no slurs in a song. Then it’s a good practise to draw them yourself.
- Longer notes are often suitable for ending a slur.
- When you look at the words of a song, it is often immediately clear where the slurs go.
- A capital letter in the text is often the beginning of a slur.
- A period or comma is often the end of a slur.
Smart tip. It’s often better to divide 1 long slur into a few short ones. That makes practising easier.
