In this song you see a lot of small groups of 2 notes. Most of these groups should be played using the same fingering, and the same rhythm. Try not to force your wrist, just jump to the next position. Always play the last key of each little group of two notes a bit softer and shorter than the first note. The second line looks the same as the first, but pay close attention to the exclamation marks. In this song many sharps are used for the black keys, but in the last line there are a few flats as well.
